On Thursday, June 5, 2025, the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Airlangga (FPK UNAIR), successfully held Podcast Polish Episode 5—one of the flagship programs featured in the English Week series. The event took place at the Student Center Room of FPK UNAIR, providing a supportive atmosphere and professional setup for a high-quality podcast session. This podcast initiative was designed as a creative platform to inspire students, broaden their perspectives, and enhance their English communication skills through engaging and meaningful discussions.
This episode carried the theme “Beyond the Sash”, focusing on the role and experiences of becoming a faculty ambassador. The session was hosted by Samara, who guided the conversation in an interactive and communicative manner. The guest speaker, Dania Martini—FPK Ambassador of 2024—shared her inspiring journey of becoming a student representative known for her achievements and active engagement during her tenure. Dania recounted her initial motivation to join the selection process, the challenges she faced during each stage, and the valuable lessons she gained while representing FPK UNAIR in various academic and promotional events.
