Muhammad Rosyid Redha, a student of the Fisheries Product Technology Study Program class of 2021, was officially awarded as the Best Graduate of FPK UNAIR at the 254th Graduation Ceremony held on September 27, 2025. This distinction reflects his strong academic performance combined with active engagement in student organizations and personal development activities throughout his study period.

Muhammad Rosyid Redha, commonly known as Rosyid, originates from Kediri and successfully completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Airlangga, within 3 years and 10 months, achieving a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.74. He pursued his studies in the Fisheries Product Technology Study Program, one of FPK UNAIR’s flagship programs focusing on innovation, processing, and value addition of fisheries products.
His academic achievement demonstrates consistency, discipline, and a strong commitment to scientific excellence. Being selected as the best graduate highlights FPK UNAIR’s role in producing competitive graduates with high academic integrity.
Student Organization Involvement and Personal Development
During his academic journey at Universitas Airlangga, Rosyid actively engaged in various student organizations, committees, and internship programs alongside his coursework. At the faculty level, he participated in the Islamic Student Organization of FPK (SKI FPK) and served as its chairman, where he developed leadership skills, responsibility, and effective communication within an academic community.
Additionally, Rosyid was actively involved in the regional student association AMASAKI (Airlangga Kediri Student Association), serving as the Head of the Youth and Sports Division. This involvement strengthened cross-faculty networking and fostered collaboration, social engagement, and organizational competence.

Rosyid’s primary motivation for pursuing higher education is to deepen his knowledge and enhance his personal capacity in order to contribute meaningfully to society and the professional world. Time Management and Academic Challenges
One of the main challenges Rosyid faced during his studies was balancing academic responsibilities with organizational activities and external commitments. Through continuous learning and adaptation, he developed effective prioritization strategies, disciplined scheduling, and productive use of available time. These skills enabled him to complete his studies successfully and on time.
One of the most memorable experiences during Rosyid’s academic journey was completing his undergraduate thesis research and presenting it before the examination board. The process required perseverance, repeated data analysis, experimental validation, and continuous revisions, strengthening his academic resilience and scientific integrity.
