The Student Executive Board (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa/BEM) of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPK), Universitas Airlangga, reaffirmed its commitment to professional and accountable organizational governance through the Nalendra Workflow program. Held on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM (WIB), the activity gathered all cabinet members of BEM FPK UNAIR to participate in an internal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) socialization forum. This initiative aimed to establish a unified understanding of structured, measurable, and transparent work systems, ensuring that every cabinet apparatus operates under clear and standardized administrative guidelines. By institutionalizing internal governance standards, BEM FPK UNAIR demonstrates its dedication to strengthening student leadership quality within the broader academic ecosystem of FPK UNAIR.
The event was conducted within the FPK UNAIR environment and followed a systematic agenda. It began with an official opening ceremony, including the singing of “Indonesia Raya” and the Universitas Airlangga Hymn, followed by a welcoming address from the President of BEM FPK UNAIR. In his remarks, the President emphasized that aligning perceptions regarding SOP implementation serves as a critical foundation for maintaining professionalism, operational efficiency, and collective accountability across ministries. Before entering the core session, participants completed a pre-test designed to assess their initial understanding of cabinet SOP regulations. This evidence-based evaluation approach reflects the organization’s commitment to measurable improvement. The main session featured comprehensive presentations from key strategic divisions, including the Ministry of Cabinet Apparatus Empowerment (PAK), Cabinet Secretary (Seskab), Cabinet Treasurer (Benkab), Communication and Information (Kominfo), and External Relations (Hublu). Each representative elaborated on workflow structures, coordination mechanisms, administrative standards, and cross-ministerial communication protocols, ensuring clarity in task distribution and reporting systems.
As part of the quality assurance process, the activity concluded with a post-test to measure participants’ knowledge enhancement following the presentations. A program satisfaction survey was also distributed to gather constructive feedback regarding the effectiveness and relevance of the session. The event ended with a collective documentation session symbolizing shared commitment to implementing the agreed-upon SOP framework.
