Operational Plan 2021-2025

The Faculty Operational Plan  is an elaboration of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences’ Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) at Airlangga University for the period 2021 to 2025. The RENOP document is prepared with the involvement of departments and study programs. According to the Republic of Indonesia Government Regulation No. 30 of 2014 on the Statute of Airlangga University, departments are defined as the managing entities responsible for conducting education in one or more fields of expertise within the faculty. Study programs, on the other hand, are academic units with their own curriculum and teaching methods in one type of academic education, which may include academic, vocational, and/or educational programs, aimed at equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes aligned with the competencies outlined in the curriculum.

In the development of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences’ Operational Plan, which serves as an elaboration of the Faculty’s Strategic Plan, it is essential to uphold Airlangga University’s core values, summarized as “Excellence with Morality.” These values are detailed as follows:

  1. Moral Behavior: Every member of the Airlangga University academic community exhibits behavior rooted in morality and does not tolerate amoral or unethical conduct.
  2. Excellence and Value-Addition: All academic activities, including education, research, community engagement, and academic products, consistently strive to provide the best and add value to society, the nation, and the country.
  3. Strong Academic Culture: The behavior and attitudes of the Airlangga University academic community reflect a strong and deeply ingrained academic culture.
  4. Efficient Resource Management: Every academic activity within Airlangga University is a resource that must be managed efficiently, effectively, and accountably to achieve predetermined excellence and quality targets.

The Faculty Operational Plan/Activities document encompasses the activities that will be carried out to realize the Faculty’s vision and mission. To measure the achievement of strategic objectives, performance targets have been set, with the aim of ensuring that the strategic program/work plans outlined in the Operational Plan are more focused and manageable.
