[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/4″][vc_single_image image=”137656″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_wp_text]After carrying out the mandate of the Vice Chancellor of Airlangga University in the field of Research and Development for the period (2015-2020), Prof. Mochammad Amin Alamsjah, Ir., M.Sc., Ph.D. returned to serve as the Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine UNAIR for the 2020-2025 period. Prior to serving as Vice Chancellor, FPK UNAIR Professor with expertise in Aquaculture, Reproductive Molecular Biology and Marine Biology had served as Deputy Dean of FPK for Academic and Student Affairs of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Affairs (2009-2015).

Prof. Amin holds a Bachelor’s degree Cumlaude at Brawijaya University in 2002, then became the Best Graduate at the School of Science and Technology Nagasaki University Japan in 2007. During his career, Prof. Amin was awarded the Satya Lancana Karya Satya X Year by the President of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013.

HYEGENE AND SANITATION
This course discusses the principles and implementation of hygiene and sanitation in the aquatic product processing industry, the role and benefits of hygiene and sanitation for food safety of aquatic products, hygiene and sanitation in supporting HACCP in aquatic products.

HIGIEN DAN SANITASI
Mata kuliah ini membahas tentang prinsip dan implementasi higienis dan sanitasi pada industri pengolahan produk akuatik, peran dan manfaat higien dan sanitasi bagi keamanan pangan dari produk akuatik higienis dan sanitasi dalam menunjang HACCP pada produk akuatik.

BIOMONITORING OF ACQUATIC ENVIRONMENT
This course provide students with the understanding of the aquatic environment, signals of changes in the aquatic environment, models of monitoring in aquatic environments, the use of biological aquatic organisms as indicators in monitoring the aquatic environment.
