Surabaya, March 18, 2025 – The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences at Airlangga University, in collaboration with PT. Istana Cipta Sembada (ICS), held a walk-in interview event as part of the implementation of a previously agreed cooperation agreement.
This event aimed to provide opportunities for alumni of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Fishery Product Technology to directly enter the workforce.
The event was organized by Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences lecturers, Lailatul Lutfiyah, S.Pi., M.Si., and Dwitha Nirmala, S.Pi., M.Si., who served as the PICs (Persons in Charge) from the faculty. Seven alumni participated in the face-to-face interview session with three HRD staff members from PT. ICS.
The HR team was led by Alfi Rossi Chanafi, M.Psi., a psychologist serving as a Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development Staff at PT. ICS Food.
ICS Seafood Industry is a frozen fish processing manufacturing company established in 1987, with branches in various regions of Indonesia. Currently, the company is opening job opportunities for the following positions:
- Quality Control Supervisor (Placement: Banyuwangi)
- Quality Control Staff (Placement: Banyuwangi)
This event serves as a concrete manifestation of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences’ commitment to supporting alumni employment in the industry. It aligns with Airlangga University’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in increasing the number of graduates employed within less than three months after graduation.
