The Islamic Spirituality Division (SKI) of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Universitas Airlangga (FPK UNAIR), organized the SKI OASE 2026 Proposal Class as part of its effort to enhance the capacity of its committee members in designing and managing organizational work programs in a systematic, structured, and professional manner. This activity was conducted as a preparatory program to equip the committee members with the ability to develop activity proposals that not only fulfill administrative requirements but also have a strategic direction and create a meaningful impact for students and the surrounding community.
This activity focused on providing an understanding of the importance of preparing activity proposals as the initial foundation of an organizational work program. Participants received materials related to the structure of an activity proposal, including the preparation of the program background, formulation of objectives, activity planning, budgeting, as well as strategies for program implementation and evaluation. In addition to the material presentation, the activity also included interactive discussions that gave participants the opportunity to share experiences and understand various challenges commonly faced in the process of preparing organizational activity proposals.
The speaker emphasized that a proposal is not merely an administrative document but a strategic plan that determines the quality of the implementation of an activity. This message was delivered through an inspiring quote that became the core message of the learning session, namely: “Not just a piece of paper, but a classy plan.” The quote illustrates that a well-prepared proposal serves as an important guide in implementing work programs that are directed, measurable, and impactful.
The SKI OASE 2026 Proposal Class activity is also aligned with the organization’s commitment to supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this activity, SKI contributes to supporting SDG 4 (Quality Education) by improving the capacity and organizational literacy of student members in planning quality activities. In addition, this activity also supports SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening internal collaboration within the organization in designing strategic and sustainable work programs. Indirectly, this activity is also related to SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by creating a supportive and collaborative organizational environment that can help support the mental well-being of students in carrying out their organizational activities.
Through this activity, it is expected that all committee members of SKI FPK UNAIR will be able to improve the quality of their work program planning so that every activity organized has clear objectives, well-prepared planning, and provides sustainable benefits for students and society. This activity also serves as an initial step in building a more professional, structured, and impact-oriented organizational culture.
Thus, this activity report for the SKI OASE 2026 Proposal Class is prepared as documentation of the implementation of the activity.
