Commemorating the 76th Indonesian Independence Day, the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Affairs, Universitas Airlangga together with the Research Center for Ornamental Fish Cultivation held a series of webinar activities entitled “Merah Putih” Ornamental Fish.

HYEGENE AND SANITATION
This course discusses the principles and implementation of hygiene and sanitation in the aquatic product processing industry, the role and benefits of hygiene and sanitation for food safety of aquatic products, hygiene and sanitation in supporting HACCP in aquatic products.

HIGIEN DAN SANITASI
