FPK UNAIR INVITES GUEST LECTURER FROM LA FABRIQUE DU GEOGRAPHE FRENCH

FPK News – The activities of the International Guest Lecture at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Airlangga University were filled by Dr. Isabelle Antunes from La Fabrique du Geographe France. Dr. Isabelle arrived at FPK and was received by Wadek I Dr. Endang Dewi Masithah. The guest lecture was given to 270 semesters II students who took Sociology and Fisheries Extension courses in Room C 501-502 on Friday morning April 26, 2019.

Students are given learning through film screening under the title “Happy Rain Screened at Alliance Francaise”, by Isabelle Antunes. He explained the process of making this film which was carried out for two years. The film depicts the lives of rural communities in Bangladesh. After screening the film, students are given the opportunity to comment on the contents of the film and ask questions in both Indonesian and English. After watching the documentary, students are expected to be able to imagine or innovate when facing a problem.

Dr. Isabelle is also fluent in Indonesian because she has been doing research for many years in various regions in Indonesia. He is currently working with Bappenas and stays in Jakarta for some time. After the guest lecture, Dr. Isabelle discussed with several lecturers in the Lecturer Room related to her research topic. The next day yesterday, he flew to Semarang to meet his adoptive parents when he conducted research in Indonesia.

HYEGENE AND SANITATION
This course discusses the principles and implementation of hygiene and sanitation in the aquatic product processing industry, the role and benefits of hygiene and sanitation for food safety of aquatic products, hygiene and sanitation in supporting HACCP in aquatic products.

HIGIEN DAN SANITASI

This course provide students with the understanding of the aquatic environment, signals of changes in the aquatic environment, models of monitoring in aquatic environments, the use of biological aquatic organisms as indicators in monitoring the aquatic environment.
