Preparation of International Webinar with UMT-Malaysia

Strategic meeting for Webinar preparation with UMT Malaysia. Several universities from Indonesia will engage in this program. Besides Universitas Airlangga, there are IPB University, Universitas Brawijaya and Universitas Bung Hatta also contribute to this event which will be conducted around the middle of December this year.

Dr. Gunanti Mahasri and Dr. Sapto Andriyono as the representative of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Universitas Airlangga welcome this event and will support it totally. As part implementation of international collaboration between national universities in Indonesia and universities in Malaysia.

HYEGENE AND SANITATION
This course discusses the principles and implementation of hygiene and sanitation in the aquatic product processing industry, the role and benefits of hygiene and sanitation for food safety of aquatic products, hygiene and sanitation in supporting HACCP in aquatic products.
