Recruitment of prospective candidates for “2017 International Student Mobility Programme” Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Universitas Airlangga

1. Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV)

This year RMUTSV organizes two workshops for international students from ASEAN FEN University member. Faculty of Fisheries and Marine get 2 candidates for each workshop. This workshop is intented to improve student’s skills in the tropical aquaculture and mangrove conservation.

2. International Internship Programme for Local Students

International Internship Programme for Local Students is a 3 month international student mobility programme jointly hosted by Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Universitas Airlangga and partner Universities who have agreed to collaborate to conduct this programme. This programme will be carried out as this following arrangement

3. 2017 International Summer School in Biosphere Science at Hiroshima University

The summer school program this year aims to share the latest knowledge and technology in five different scientific courses, from basic to advanced biosphere sciences, and to strengthen the good relationships with sister universities and partner universities specifically for educational advancement and international understanding. The program will consist of lectures by the academic staff, as well as practical scientific courses and discussions with the participation of our graduate students. Moreover, we are planning to visit two World Heritage sites found in Hiroshima: Itsukushima Shrine and Atomic Bomb Dome in Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. This summer school will be held on 26th July to 1st August 2017.

HYEGENE AND SANITATION
This course discusses the principles and implementation of hygiene and sanitation in the aquatic product processing industry, the role and benefits of hygiene and sanitation for food safety of aquatic products, hygiene and sanitation in supporting HACCP in aquatic products.
