FACULTY OF FISHERIES AND MARINE

Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Airlangga University was established on July 25, 2008 based on the Decree of the Rector of Airlangga University, number 5887 / JO3 / OT / 2008, is the 13th Faculty of 13 Faculties, established at Airlangga University. The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Airlangga University The development of the Undergraduate Program of Aquaculture under the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Airlangga University based on the Decree of the Directorate General of Higher Education Number 325 / DIKTI / Kep / 2000 dated September 7, 2000.

In its development, the Study Program of Aquaculture S1 has been accredited with the value of A based on the Decree of National Accreditation Board of Higher Education Ministry of National Education No. 004 / BAN-PT / Ak-XV / S1 / IV / 2012 dated 27 April 2012. ISO certified, IWA and Malcom Baldrige

Educational programs at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Airlangga University is a Program (S1) Aquaculture, Fishery Product Technology and Aquaculture – Program Outside Domicile (PDD) Banyuwangi. Aquaculture Study Program (S1) of aquaculture gets accredited status with the value of A based on the Decree of National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT) Ministry of National Education Number: 004 / BAN-PT / Ak-XV / S1 / IV / 2012 dated 27 April 2012 Study Program (S1) of Industrial Technology of Fishery Products is opened based on the Decree of Rector of Airlangga University Number: 2081 / UN3 / 2014 dated October 7, 2014.

HYEGENE AND SANITATION
This course discusses the principles and implementation of hygiene and sanitation in the aquatic product processing industry, the role and benefits of hygiene and sanitation for food safety of aquatic products, hygiene and sanitation in supporting HACCP in aquatic products.

HIGIEN DAN SANITASI
Mata kuliah ini membahas tentang prinsip dan implementasi higienis dan sanitasi pada industri pengolahan produk akuatik, peran dan manfaat higien dan sanitasi bagi keamanan pangan dari produk akuatik higienis dan sanitasi dalam menunjang HACCP pada produk akuatik.

BIOMONITORING OF ACQUATIC ENVIRONMENT
This course provide students with the understanding of the aquatic environment, signals of changes in the aquatic environment, models of monitoring in aquatic environments, the use of biological aquatic organisms as indicators in monitoring the aquatic environment.
