On Saturday, 24 May 2025, the Islamic Spirituality Division (Sie Kerohanian Islam) of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences at Universitas Airlangga held its flagship program “JAULAH” in collaboration with the Dai Division of the Faculty of Public Health, taking place in room C 602 of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences.

The event was organised with the objectives of broadening participants’ perspectives, extending inter‑faculty relations, and developing more innovative and effective work programmes. A total of 45 participants—comprising members of SKI FPK and the Dai team from FKM—took part in the JAULAH activity. Throughout the programme, they engaged in in‑depth discussion sessions and presentations focused on work‑programme planning, management systems, and various flagship initiatives slated for implementation.

In his welcoming remarks, Akhsan Nurrizky, Chairman of SKI FPK, expressed gratitude and enthusiasm for the arrival of the Dai team from FKM. “We are honored to be the host of this activity. We hope this gathering will mark the beginning of a broader synergy in spreading the spirit of dakwah within Universitas Airlangga,” said Akhsan. Meanwhile, Mas Faqih, representing the Dai Division of FKM, offered his appreciation for the warm reception from SKI FPK. “Activities like this are vital for mutual learning and idea exchange, especially in facing the challenges of dakwah amid the continuously changing dynamics of campus life,” he commented.

Through this collaboration, it is expected that SKI FPK will be able to adopt the positive insights gained during JAULAH, thereby enhancing the quality of the organization and delivering wider benefits for all SKI members. The hope is that the outcomes of this activity will give rise to concrete synergy in the form of more structured and sustainable cross‑faculty dakwah initiatives.
