Faculty of Fisheries and Marine
The Operational Plan of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Universitas Airlangga, serves as a strategic elaboration for realizing the faculty's vision, mission, goals, and development objectives.
The Operational Plan (RENOP) of the Faculty is an elaboration of the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Universitas Airlangga, for the 2021–2025 period.
The RENOP document was prepared with the involvement of Departments and Study Programs as part of the effort to realize the Faculty's strategic programs and work programs in a more directed and controlled manner.
The Operational Plan document contains activities to be implemented as an effort to realize the Faculty's vision and mission. To measure the achievement of strategic objectives, work targets have been established so that the planning of strategic programs and work programs can be carried out in a focused manner.
Based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2014 concerning the Statute of Universitas Airlangga, a Department is a management unit responsible for organizing education in one or more fields of knowledge within a Faculty.
A Study Program is a unit of academic activities with a curriculum and learning methods designed to develop students' competencies in accordance with the established curriculum.
Every member of the Universitas Airlangga academic community demonstrates behavior that is always based on morality and does not tolerate immoral or unethical behavior and attitudes.
Every activity of the academic community, including education, research, community service, and academic products, consistently strives to deliver the best results and provide added value for society, the nation, and the country.
Every behavior and attitude of the Universitas Airlangga academic community reflects a strong and deeply rooted academic culture.
Every activity of the academic community represents resources that must be managed efficiently, effectively, and accountably to achieve the established achievements and quality objectives.
In the process of developing democratic leadership and encouraging participation, the Operational Plan will serve as a benchmark for assessing the success and performance of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine management at all levels and organizational units.
The Operational Plan is expected to anticipate internal and external changes and developments while addressing various strategic issues faced by the Faculty. All members of the academic community and employees of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine are expected to understand and implement the Operational Plan.
The Operational Plan is prepared by considering the internal and external conditions of the Faculty as well as the development direction of Universitas Airlangga.
The Faculty's internal situation analysis covers strengths and weaknesses as the basis for determining operational programs and activities that need to be developed.
The Faculty's external environment analysis concerns opportunities and threats that need to be considered in implementing programs and achieving the Faculty's strategic objectives.
Providing academic education based on modern learning technologies by implementing Quality Assurance principles.
Conducting basic, applied, and innovative research to support the development of education and community service.
Applying expertise in the fields of fisheries and marine sciences to serve communities and support development.
The goals provide direction for achieving the expected outcomes through the implementation of programs and operational activities of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine.
Producing qualified graduates who are able to develop knowledge and technology in the fields of fisheries and marine sciences and possess competitiveness based on moral values.
Producing innovative research that promotes the advancement of knowledge and technology in the fields of fisheries and marine sciences at national and international levels.
Producing community service programs that empower communities to independently and sustainably address problems, particularly in the fields of fisheries and marine sciences.
