The Operational Plan of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Universitas Airlangga, serves as a strategic elaboration for realizing the faculty's vision, mission, goals, and development objectives.

Faculty Operational Plan

Operational Plan 2021–2025

The Operational Plan (RENOP) of the Faculty is an elaboration of the Strategic Plan (RENSTRA) of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Universitas Airlangga, for the 2021–2025 period.

The RENOP document was prepared with the involvement of Departments and Study Programs as part of the effort to realize the Faculty's strategic programs and work programs in a more directed and controlled manner.

The Operational Plan document contains activities to be implemented as an effort to realize the Faculty's vision and mission. To measure the achievement of strategic objectives, work targets have been established so that the planning of strategic programs and work programs can be carried out in a focused manner.

Management Foundation

Based on Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2014 concerning the Statute of Universitas Airlangga, a Department is a management unit responsible for organizing education in one or more fields of knowledge within a Faculty.

A Study Program is a unit of academic activities with a curriculum and learning methods designed to develop students' competencies in accordance with the established curriculum.

RENOP as a Direction for Faculty Management

In the process of developing democratic leadership and encouraging participation, the Operational Plan will serve as a benchmark for assessing the success and performance of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine management at all levels and organizational units.

The Operational Plan is expected to anticipate internal and external changes and developments while addressing various strategic issues faced by the Faculty. All members of the academic community and employees of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine are expected to understand and implement the Operational Plan.

Basis for the Preparation of RENOP

The Operational Plan is prepared by considering the internal and external conditions of the Faculty as well as the development direction of Universitas Airlangga.

Internal Situation Analysis

The Faculty's internal situation analysis covers strengths and weaknesses as the basis for determining operational programs and activities that need to be developed.

External Environment

The Faculty's external environment analysis concerns opportunities and threats that need to be considered in implementing programs and achieving the Faculty's strategic objectives.
