Academic Profile
Heru Pramono, S.Pi., M.Biotech., Ph.D. is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Universitas Airlangga, with expertise in Fisheries Microbial Biotechnology.
His research focuses on fisheries microbial biotechnology, fisheries product microbiology, enzymology, as well as the utilization of microbes and microbial enzymes to support sustainable food safety. His research is oriented toward developing microbe-based innovations to produce food products that are safe, high-quality, functional, and highly competitive.
He actively develops various studies based on multi-omics approach to support the development of sustainable food technology and fisheries bioproducts. His research findings and publications have contributed to the development of fisheries biotechnology and food safety.
He has national and international Scopus-indexed publications with a Scopus H-index of 6 and ORCID ID 0000-0002-8747-0958.
