Following the governance alignment session, the “Hello Synevers” program of HIMATEK Synera Cabinet 2026 continued with a structured agenda focused on strengthening inter-division synergy. This session played a crucial role in ensuring that all board members not only understood their respective responsibilities but were also prepared to collaborate effectively throughout the leadership term.
Held at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Universitas Airlangga (FPK UNAIR), the event gathered more than 40 newly appointed student board members. The primary objective of this second session was to enhance cross-divisional communication, clarify coordination mechanisms, and align organizational priorities. Each division was given the opportunity to present its scope of work, short-term targets, and projected programs. This presentation session functioned as a strategic clarification forum rather than a mere formality.
Open and participatory discussions allowed members from other divisions to provide input, raise questions, and suggest improvements. This two-way communication model contributed to building a transparent and adaptive organizational culture. Effective coordination among divisions is essential to ensure the smooth implementation of academic-related activities, student development programs, and potential external collaborations within the fisheries and marine sector. With clearly defined responsibilities, overlapping tasks and miscommunication can be minimized from the outset.
In addition to formal discussions, the program included interactive bonding activities and team-based games designed to strengthen interpersonal relationships among members.Through collaborative challenges, participants practiced effective communication, joint strategy planning, and decision-making under time constraints. These activities encouraged mutual trust and collective responsibility.
For students of Fishery Product Technology, teamwork and coordination skills are highly relevant to future professional environments, whether in industry or research settings. Therefore, the bonding session served not only as a recreational activity but also as part of leadership character development.
