The welcome party of KAKEMA FPK UNAIR 2026 marked the beginning of a shared commitment among members to carry out organizational programs throughout the upcoming period. Beyond social interaction the event functioned as an alignment forum for goals responsibilities and work coordination.
The activity aimed to foster effective communication strengthen team cohesion and align organizational vision. It also provided new members with confidence to actively participate in future programs. Participants expressed that the informal yet structured atmosphere helped them better understand their peers making coordination smoother and more efficient.
