The first game of the qualifying round featured SMA Hang Tuah 2 Sidoarjo against SMKN 10 Surabaya, ending with a balanced score of 0–0. The competition continued with SMA Sejahtera Surabaya facing SMK Wachid Hasyim 2 Surabaya, where SMA Sejahtera Surabaya triumphed with a decisive 2–0 victory. The final qualifying match between SMK PGRI 4 Surabaya and SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya concluded with a tight draw at 1–1. After intense matches and tough competition, four teams successfully advanced to the semifinal round.
The semifinal stage began with an electrifying match between SMA Wachid Hasyim 2 Surabaya and SMK Wijaya Putra Surabaya.
