The Faculty of Fisheries and Marine (FPK) at Universitas Airlangga held a Leadership Handover and Academic Gathering, marked by warmth and togetherness.
A Memorable Gathering
The event united two generations of leadership. Representing the previous term was Prof. Ir. Mochammad Amin Alamsjah, M.Si., Ph.D., Dean of FPK UNAIR for 2020–2025, along with his vice deans. Leadership for the next five years was entrusted to Prof. Dr. Endang Dewi Masithah, officially inaugurated as the new Dean of FPK UNAIR for 2025–2030, alongside her vice deans.
The event was attended by lecturers, education staff, student organization leaders, retired lecturers, and alumni represented by IKA FPK UNAIR, making the atmosphere even more meaningful.
More Than a Formal Ceremony
Beyond the symbolic handover, the event also reflected on FPK UNAIR’s long academic journey. It was a moment of gratitude, reflection, and hope—remembering past dedication, preparing new aspirations, and igniting collective spirit for the future.
Like the ocean waves that never cease, leadership may change, yet one thing remains unchanged: the devotion of the FPK UNAIR community to their beloved academic home.
