KRS Online Socialization: Aquaculture Students Ready for the New Semester

On Friday, August 2, 2024, the Student Welfare Advocacy Division (ADKESMA) of the Aquaculture Student Association successfully held an online Study Plan Card (KRS) Socialization activity. This activity aims to provide students with a clear understanding of the KRS filling process so that they do not experience problems in the future. The event, which was held through the Zoom Meeting platform, was attended by more than 200 students from various batches, including batches 2021, 2022, and 2023.

This socialization presented the Head of the Department of Aquaculture Study Program, Mrs. Putri Desi Wulan Sari, S.Pi., M.Si., as the main speaker. In her presentation, Mrs. Putri Desi provided complete guidance on the stages of filling out KRS and also conveyed some important information related to academics, such as rules regarding SKS (Semester Credit System) and elective courses.

One of the important points conveyed was that students who have a GPA above 3 in semester 3 are allowed to take 24 credits in odd semester. This information is certainly very helpful for students to better plan their study path.

This activity received high enthusiasm from the participants. Students were given the opportunity to ask questions directly to Mrs. Putri Desi about academics, ranging from course selection to graduation prospects. With this socialization, it is hoped that Aquaculture students can undergo the KRS filling process smoothly and without confusion.
