FPK Unair Students Build International Bridge through Collaboration Program with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia

Universitas Airlangga’s Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences (FPK Unair) continues to expand its international reach by involving more than 20 students in a collaboration program with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The latest episode of the “#FisheriesAroundTheGlobe” series highlights this rewarding journey, where Unair students had the opportunity to become ambassadors in a cultural and academic exchange initiative that strengthened the relationship between the two institutions.

During the program, FPK Unair students engaged in a series of activities designed to strengthen friendships and mutual cultural understanding. They participated in activities ranging from panel discussions on the latest fisheries technology to interactive sessions on aquaculture practices in Malaysia. This experience not only enriched the students’ academic knowledge but also provided deep insights into various cultural and professional perspectives.

The collaboration also included joint projects aimed at addressing global challenges in fisheries resource management. Through discussions and group work, FPK Unair and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia students can exchange ideas and innovative solutions, which are expected to be implemented in future research projects.
