The Student Association of Fishery Product Technology (HIMATEK) at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, Universitas Airlangga (FPK UNAIR), officially commenced its 2026 term through a welcoming event entitled “Hello Synevers.” The program marked the beginning of the Synera Cabinet’s administration and aimed to strengthen internal governance, coordination, and organizational alignment.
The event was attended by more than 40 newly appointed board members and representatives from the previous administration.
The event was opened by Tasya Shafa Azzahra, Vice Chair of HIMATEK and Person in Charge of the activity. The 2026 Chairperson, Evan Afif Maulana Wijaya, outlined the cabinet’s focus on structured management and collaboration. Hilal Syahrul Akbar, Chairperson of the 2025 period, delivered continuity remarks.
A key agenda was the discussion and agreement on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Secretary, Treasurer, and Publication divisions. The participatory discussion ensured clarity in responsibilities and coordination mechanisms. This initial consolidation is expected to support effective program implementation and enhance student capacity in fishery product technology.
